OUR BREAD

All our bread is made and baked fresh every night by our team of bakers at our Farnham bakehouse - leaving our ovens early in the morning to arrive at our shops ready for another busy day.

 

Our classic range of white, wholemeal and malted wheat bread is created using top quality flour from the renowned Shipton Mill.  We also offer a growing variety of sourdough breads created from our own aged wheat, rye and spelt starters which we cultivate in our bakehouse with the dough typically maturing for 18 hours.  Each day of the week we offer a different speciality bread with a 'grande finale' of several being available each Saturday.

Chia Seed Bread

Chia seeds added to a wheat based bread.

 

Dark Dutch Rye

TUESDAY

A delicious dark bread made with 50% rye flour
and 50% white flour creating a distinct

Rich flavour. A perfect partner to smoked salmon.

 

LEVAIN

TUESDAY & OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS

Light rye & wheat flour with a dark rye sourdough.

 

Multiseed

WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY

Wheat flour with oats, rye, wheatbran,

pumpkin, linseed and sunflower seeds.

 

Spelt & Honey

THURSDAY & SATURDAY

100% spelt flour, honey, lupin, sesame
and sunflower seeds (not gluten free).

 

Grand Blanc

THURSDAY & SATURDAY

Rustic white wheat sourdough.

 

Danish 100% Rye

THURSDAY

Chopped rye kernels, sunflower & flax seeds,

mixed with rye flour & rye sourdough.

Multigrain Sourdough

FRIDAY

Wheat flour & rye sourdough with oats, malted wheat

& barley flakes, sunflower seeds & millet.

 

100% White Spelt Sourdough

SATURDAY

100% light spelt flour.

 

French Campaillou Sourdough Bread

SATURDAY

Wheat flour & toasted light rye.

 

Corn Bread

SATURDAY

A soft maize & white flour combination

with added sunflower seeds.
